In the mental health and NDIS practice there is a prerequisite to incorporate the goal measurement outcomes as a part of everyday practice and the importance of having evidence-based measures is frequently emphasised. This training explores what and how of therapeutic goal setting, goal attainment, and outcome measures in psychosocial therapy that are different to the ones commonly used by physical therapists. We would explore how to implement these goal measures into everyday therapeutic practice with the clients and into therapeutic reports so that the therapeutic efforts and clients’ goal attainments can be measured, analysed, and evaluated.
